Mark is passionate about IT, even though he got into it quite by accident over 10 years ago. He has helped set up IT departments in larger companies, going on to be head of IT and member of the board. His expertise has always been in problem solving, with extensive experience of Windows Server, Windows 7, XP, MS Office, Crystal Reports, Exchange and Virtualization technologies.
