What does Pilates Place offer?

Pilates Place is the next generation of Pilates. In a light and airy room, each client is one of only four using the new Pilates equipment. Unlike traditional mat-based Pilates, the springs create extra resistance and encourage the body to work harder without stressing joints and pulling muscles. After initial assessment, every user is provided with their own, individual programme of exercises and all ages and experience are welcome.

What is the company’s background?

Ex-professional ballet dancer, Peta Davies, started teaching Pilates ten years ago in places such as Walton Hall in Wellesbourne. Since owning her own studio in Shipston-on- Stour, she has built a team of six Pilates instructors, each equipped with the highest Pilates teaching qualification.
